Directions from Toronto, Ontario:

Follow the Queen Elizabeth Way (Q.E.W.) toward Niagara, across the Garden City Skyway at St. Catharines, to the Niagara-on-the-Lake exit (38B). From the traffic light at York Road turn left. Turn right at next light onto Niagara Stone Rd (Hw 55). Follow Niagara Stone Rd. through the town of Virgil and turn right at Mary street then make a left on Simcoe Street Aspen Manor is located on your left.

Directions from Detriot:

Take Highway 401 and 403 to Hamilton, and join the Q.E.W. toward Niagara. Then follow the same route as traffic from Toronto.

Directions From New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania:

Cross the Niagara River into Canada at Buffalo, Niagara Falls, or Lewiston, NY. Take Q.E.W. (or 405 to Q.E.W.) and exit at 38B. Follow same directions as above to Niagara Stone Rd (Hwy 55) or take the scenic Niagara Parkway. Turn left at East-West Line (just past McFarland House). Turn right at Mary street then make a left on Simcoe Street Aspen Manor is located on your left.
