Deposits:

Full Cost of booking is due at the time of booking and held as a deposit under the terms of the cancellation policy below, in addition A security/damage deposit of $250 cdn is held on your credit card . This is only held , nothing is taken unless there is damage or the house is left in a state that requires extra cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if cancelled 2 months in advance
1 month in advance 1/2 refund given
2 weeks 1/4 refund less than 2 weeks no refund
